Company Background:
Ian Bell formed Suffolk Mobility Solutions in 2020 after being made redundant after a 30-year career in the Builders merchant industry. Suffolk Mobility Solutions is one of the very few specialist companies set up specifically to carry out adaptions to your home to make life easier and safer.

Ian along with his wife Glynis, experienced a life-changing situation that caused them to decide to dedicate their experience to others who needed support and advice in very difficult times.
Glynis and Ian got married in October 2012. Just over 8 weeks later, ‘G’, (as Glynis likes to be called), suffered a stroke whilst they were visiting G’s daughter in America. From that day their lives changed and Ian started to understand the difficulties faced by people who have had sudden trauma.
They have learnt a lot in the past nine years about the adjustments that have to be made when living life confined to a wheelchair. Whilst Ian is not an expert in every type of disability, he and his team certainly empathise with anyone in a similar situation. Ian had required adaptions made to their house to enable them to continue living in what was always going to be their forever home.

They were absolutely incredible from coming round to visit us, to keeping us updated and informed. Right up until completion. The results are breathtaking. He had a very dull, drab and dreary old fashioned wet room which he didn’t even like showering in. Yet as soon as it was completed, he actually asked when he could shower! Something I never thought I’d hear him say!! Our son found both Ian & Jamie very professional and yet relaxed to except him for him, which put him at ease. We can’t thank them enough for what they have done & suggested. If I could put more photos on here I would. If they need any references they can have one from us and I’m sure our son would be more than happy to show anyone his new fantastic modern warm wet room. Trustful, reliable, knowledgeable and most definitely friendly. Thank you so so much. Tara & Paul."
