Subs Plumbing & Heating is a family run business with over 12 years' experience, specialising in plumbing, heating and boiler repairs and also providing a 24 hour emergency call out service.
We are based in Oadby and cover all LE postcode areas within 30 miles.
Our most important mission is to be responsible for the smooth operation of your domestic water and heating equipment. We'll help you with your bathroom planning, servicing and repairing your heating equipment, taking on small and large repairs and maintaining your appliances in line with manufacturer specifications.

"Telephoned Subs in the morning for an emergency call out as we had quite a bad water leak, and he said he could visit later that day. He requested a photo showing where the leak was coming from and after seeing this he was our house within the hour of us telephoning him to fix it. Amazing service, we are most grateful."

Sumair Qureshi - Image 1 "Suba did an excellent job changing my bath tap and shower. He was punctual, friendly, engaging and explained the process as he went through it. He charged a very reasonable rate for the amount of time he was with us, and was exceptionally thorough. He needed to take the bath tub panel off to access the plumbing for the tap and put the panel back om very nicely, spending time applying sealant appropriately. I would highly recommend his professional service."

He regularly talks through what he is doing and highlights challenges clearly where appropriate. Suba is thorough, going out of his way to remain for longer to double check for leaks. He is also easily accessible if any follow up calls are required. His pricing is very reasonable. Suba provides relief in potentially stressful situations.
