"Francis recently carried out a roof repair for me and I couldn’t be happier with the service. From the start, his communication was clear, consistent, and completely transparent, which made the whole process very straightforward. He was quick to respond, turned up exactly when he said he would, and completed the repair efficiently. Francis was also very tidy while working and left everything clean once the job was finished. Overall, a very professional and reliable service. I would happily recommend Francis to anyone needing roofing work done."
