"We originally asked for some guttering repairs, but after inspecting everything he explained that the whole uPVC system was worn and likely to keep causing problems. He replaced all of it from the front, back, and the sides, which wasn’t planned initially, but he offered to do the full job properly for a very fair price that was much lower than the quotes/invoices we’d had before. He uses an old-school, honest approach and really takes pride in doing things right. He worked on a simple payment system only once he finished the job, and this gave us confidence because he kept his word throughout. The quality of the work is excellent and he restored the correct fall/gradient to the guttering so the water now flows cleanly to the downpipes from both directions instead of pooling or running the wrong way. He also extended the roof edges so rainwater lands directly into the gutters. Professional, friendly, reliable, and easy to deal with. No hard sell, just straightforward and experienced. Very happy with the result and would definitely recommend to others."
