"My Car was taken away and I never heard a thing for a couple of weeks or so, then Kiran from Springbok gave me a call, as soon as I heard his voice I felt relieved, I have used Springbok in the past, Kiran as far as I was concerned was now taking control, relief. On the morning of Fourth day I had a missed call from Springbok, thinking they might have to extend the repair time because of unforeseen circumstances, I rang back to be told the repairs had been completed, Happy was an understatement. I arrived at Springbok and as usual greeted by a big smiling face of Kiran, he said to go and Inspect the repairs, there was no need but to comply I had a look, Perfect. Thank you very much again Kiran and the staff at Springbok, such a professional team, warm, welcoming, very reassuring and fantastic repair in such a short space time."
