"Excellent service - highly recommended. Our oven broke down on Sunday evening (mid-dinner cooking!). I called Spin Doctor first thing Monday and the lady on the phone was really helpful. She offered an engineer visit for Tuesday. We were out that day unfortunately, but organised a visit on Wednesday. I was very impressed with the communications from Spin Doctor - text to confirm the repair visit, and I was asked to message them a pic of the oven's serial number so the engineer would have the right potential parts for repair. Texts also backed up with emails. I also received a text on Wednesday morning to say the engineer was 35 mins away - even a link to a tracker of his location. Rob got here by 8am promptly and had the oven fixed and running in about 20 mins. I paid by credit card (no need to organise cash for payment) and within 5 mins of paying I had a receipt emailed to me. I will certainly be keeping the Spin Doctor phone number to call for any future household emergencies!"
