We specialise in damp diagnosis and remedial work. We work with RICS registered surveyors and our works are completed by PCA qualified technicians. With our project management skills and extensive construction experience we are able to run projects efficiently and rectify any defects.
Based in Kent Specialist Damp Solutions Ltd has over twenty years’ experience in damp proofing. We have evolved with changing technology to provide outstanding services to treat wet rot, dry rot and damp in your home or business premises.
We pride ourselves on our efficient, friendly and high-quality services. We take the time to visit each client, talk through their damp issues and concerns and advise on ways to reduce damp (e.g. the introduction of dehumidifiers). In the case of structural intervention we will talk through the options available. Stacey Edwards - Image 1 "Thank you Ian and team. I had ignored my damp problems for 6 years! Ian reassured me that they could fix my widespread problems around the whole house. They got me in quickly to work on it before it got even worse and became a danger. The communication was amazing and I felt that I could ask any questions for reassurance. My work has been guaranteed for 10 years making the house now more sellable moving forward. All fixed within a week.
