    "James and his team at Spearco Construction recently completed a full house refurbishment for me, and I honestly couldn’t be more pleased with the result. From the very beginning, James was professional, responsive, and easy to deal with. He took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and kept me informed throughout the whole project. The quality of work was excellent across the board—everything was finished to a high standard, and the team were punctual, tidy, and respectful of the property at all times. They stuck to the agreed timeline and budget, and any unexpected issues were handled quickly and without stress. I felt in very safe hands with James and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Spearco Construction to anyone looking for reliable, skilled tradespeople.     "We reached out to James at Spearco to provide a quotation for our Ground Floor renovation works through Check a Trade to carry out the following works: · Demolition of internal and external walls. · Demolition of loft space floor to form new vaulted ceiling space. · Alterations to existing roof, including forming new openings for rooflights. · Forming new openings for a new front door, bi-folds and windows including all steelwork. · Below slab drainage internally and external drainage to link with existing. From first point of contact James was very informative and responded to all our queries. James was in direct contact with our Structural Engineer and Building Control Inspector throughout the process, ensuring all works were completed to an acceptable standard, ready for sign off. Each time we came up against an issue, James was quick to offer solutions and his team were very pro-active to rectify any remedial work."
