"Alan was fantastic from the start. Very polite, kind and efficient made sure that we were happy with the work through out and kept us updated with every step of the work. Alan was also very clean and tidy and left no mess after he was finished, we were so pleased with the work and now find it so easy to to get in and out of our loft!
