"This company was recommended to me by a friend recently when I experienced issues with my boiler. I gave them a call and spoke with Sarah whom was very helpful and made an appointment for James to attend that afternoon to quote for a replacement. James was very professional and helpful and carried out a full survey and discussed all suitable options with me . I then received my estimate via email in a timely manner, this was followed by a phone call from Lisa to ensure that I understood everything and answered any questions that I had. Once I was completely happy we arranged for the installation to take place the following week. Luke and Bradley arrived in full uniform and introduced themselves. I was kept informed of all progress throughout the following days and they were very cautious to keep their work area as tidy as possible. I am very pleased with the work that has been carried out at my property and wouldn’t hesitate recommending this company to family and friends."
