    "Requested a quote on a Sunday not expecting an immediate response. Was contacted straight away and after speaking to Louis he arranged a visit the next afternoon. Louis was super efficient, and had not only completed a repair but also rectified some issues with the previous tradesman's work on our guttering. All sorted within 24 hours of initial contact - brilliant. Really nice guy as well!"
