    "My wife and I have been using Steve for all our IT support requirements for over a decade now, in both a personal and business capacity. We started using him on an ad hoc basis but now have an annual contract at a very reasonable rate which covers every eventuality (including occasional help for family members) except the direct costs of new equipment (though Steve helps us to do this too, and gets good prices for us). We're always delighted with the quality of his work, his understanding of our needs, his responsiveness when something crops up, and his calm, reassuring approach. A lot of what he does for us can be done remotely which makes the service even more customer-friendly. We'd strongly recommend him to anyone looking for support with IT issues."

    "Sol Computers (Steve Broughton) provide an in home and remote service to supply, repair and provide technical advice and teaching on computer related issues. Steve is professional, polite and patient and over the seven years that we have been using them there has never been a problem which has remained unresolved. Call outs are addressed promptly. We pay an annual retainer which ensures 24/7 support plus an yearly review and this provides us with the added confidence to use our computers more. We would certainly recommend this business to others."

    "Steve Broughton has been helping us with computer issues since we were scammed some years ago. In May 26 he visited to sort out our BT email issues and check various websites for any underlying issues and ensure that everything was being backed up. He also helped us on the 11th of May sorting out our access to a school email addresses where we are governors. This was achieved online after allowing him access to our computer. We would definitely recommend Steve to help with computer issues. He charges a very reasonable annual fee and is always available at short notice."
