"At last an honest tradesman..as one of the many householders who has fallen prey to the Spray foam Industry, it was such a relief to find Ryan from Smart Home 365. Having paid to have spray foam in my loft, I then discover that it is no longer recommended as it can cause damp issues. Then begins a series of cold calls from companies offering to remove it ,again at high cost….so that’s where it all began to raise alarm bells as the work was a total rip off. So I then contacted Ryan …..he and assistant Danny, worked efficiently and considerately, removal large areas of foam that should have dealt with by the rip-off company. They then installed this foil High grade insulation between the rafters. I am now confident my loft will pass any inspection and will keep it dry and warm for many years. I am more than happy to endorse Ryan and his company ….my home was left very clean and tidy…..and that end of my house is warmer already."

"All round excellent experience. Very professional and friendly team. Ryan explained from start to finish how the work would be done. Firstly the old spray foam would be removed, hard work, but done efficiently and amazingly quiet by 3 friendly guys. The next day Ryan and his colleague came to install the new insulation, Danny did a brilliant job, the loft looks like another room, and the house is noticeably warmer. A big thank you to Ryan for keeping in touch with the job, before, during and after it was done. Highly recommend."

"I had a great experience with Smart Solutions 365 for spray foam removal and loft re-insulation. Ryan was knowledgeable and helpful, and the installation team was professional and efficient. They carefully explained everything and left the site spotless. The house feels much warmer, even with a lower thermostat setting, and I look forward to seeing the impact on our energy bill."
