    "Repointing of the whole front of our house and addition of damp resistance coating. Contractors were excellent and undertook the work with great care and to minimise damage & disruption to surrounding area."

    "This wass the second job that Smart Property Care have done for me. My old house had signs of Damp (spots of black Mould on the inside walls). Steve Jones came to examine the problem and found that my suspicion of Rising Damp was correct. He identified the cause for me. A previous occupant had got a layer of Rendering added to the outside of the wall. Sadly, it had bridged the Damp Proof Course, as had an extra layer of 'bobbled' Texture stuff on top of it. The Technicians from Smart Property Care arrived at the appointed time both times. (I split the job into two parts, 'Front wall' and 'Side wall' as I am a Pensioner). In both jobs, they removed the lower few inches of the Rendering to un-bridge the DPC, injected an extra Liquid Damp Proof Course as a precaution, repaired some loose patches of Render, and then painted with my chosen colour. Both walls are now free of Damp. I am very pleased with both the work and the reasonable cost of it. Highly recommended."

    Len Jenner - Image 1 "Damp proofing works carried out to our spare room where a section of the original DPC appeared to have failed, all stages of the works were described by the operatives, great care taken to protect furniture and floor coverings etc, with standard of work being very high, site was left very clean and tidy on completion"
