"I cannot recommend Smart enough. My daughter was let down by 4 traders who never turned up to give quotes and then she contacted Smart. From the first phone call to completion the service was excellent. So much so that I chose them to do my conservatory roof too. Dan came out to us both to provide advice and the quotes. Polite, knowledgeable and not at all a pushy salesman! Once agreed we were given dates for the work to start that they stuck to. Communication throughout was excellent. The builders arrived on time, worked so hard and left everything tidy. Work on the tiling and plasterboard was completed in 3 days then 1 day of plastering. We also chose for Smart to paint the plastered ceiling which takes place about a week after the plastering. I wish all businesses were run like Smart as they have got their model perfectly focused to provide customer satisfaction from beginning to end. 10 years warranty on the work and quality products used for the work. Definitely recommended."
