"It’s great to find someone who will manage small works as professionally and as well as large works. The team works hard and efficiently which means they get a lot done quickly. When I return after the work is finished, the place is clean and all the furniture, even the cushions are returned to how and where they were. Impressive."

"Armando and the SM Fulham Builders team are a pleasure to work with. Right from the very beginning Armando has a hands on approach and is quick and efficient with meeting with you, providing a quote and suggesting the timeline. He proved to work within the quote for the majority of the work and added costs only came when we decided to make changes to original plans or for unforeseen issues. I was most impressed by how Armando kept to the schedule he initially suggested to us, whilst also ensuring his work was completed to a high standard from the building work to the joinery and painting. All of his team are very friendly and hard working and I enjoyed going over to the house to chat through progress and ideas with them quite often! No job ever seemed like a big ask, they even helped move us in, hang pictures and came back to check for any snags a week after we moved in. We are really happy with the home they have created for us and would definitely work with Armando in the future!"
