    ROb Nash - Image 1 "Chris was prompt to attend and give us a competitive quote. The work we required was rectifying a bulge in the gable end of our property to the specification of a structural engineers report. Chris explained to us what the work would entail and gave us confidence to use SJO. This was duly done , the whole team that came were friendly & professional answering any questions we had about said works. They worked continuously despite the very high temperatures. Following completion they cleaned up. We received a full report of works done along with photos. We would definitely recommend SJO property services and would not hesitate to use them again if needed in the future."

    "Trusted Chris with my whole project and so glad I did. This house threw up more than a few suprises and each time he contacted me straight away, sent photos , communicated different options and was upfront with all the costs. He was always responsive and even helped with paint colour choices where I couldn’t decide. Uses a small, trustworthy and respectful team! Would highly recommend. Goes above and beyond 👍👍"

    "Came out quoted and date agreed for the work to be done whilst we were away on holiday and during work I was told not everything needed doing so money saved and the honesty is above and beyond but the work is absolutely amazing and I will use this company again and again thank you so much for everything"
