"Amazing service from all. My buyer pulled from the sale due to a survey. Everyone was so helpful and I had a structural engineer to my home and a report within a week. They were very understanding to my situation of trying to salvage my sale. Highly recommend and would use again."

"Simplify structures have been incredible. The customer service was outstanding, with quick, polite and informed responses to all of my many questions. I was able to book in a qualified engineer within a week, they were punctual and provided a detailed, thorough and fair report the following day. The price was the best we found in Leicester by a few hundred pounds! I would highly recommend this company and will be using them again if needed in the future."

"Found via an internet search and kept returning to their website because it was easy to navigate, explanatory and transparent. All communications since have been swift, friendly and professional. Robert who undertook the structural engineer inspection was very pleasant and from his findings and subsequent report, it was exactly what I needed. As a woman on her own I felt safe and treated with the upmost respect. Both Robert and the admin team answered all my questions. Highly recommend and I will use them again should the need arise."
