"Simon is an excellent plumber. What I like about Simon is his approach in explaining very precisely what needs to be done. He is extremely calm and methodical with a supportive knowledge background. He is very tidy and not afraid to clearly define costs associated with different approaches giving the customer total visibility. I have used Simon many times in the past and will continue to do so."
