Diane - Image 1 "We have 4 leaks , 2 in the corner which he knew was leaking but never rectified it . When he left we found one behind the toilet , and one on the washer connection . He made 2x holes , which should have been 1 holes in our wash basin unit which looks shocking , the white pipe that is through the unit is not supported with a bracket , he has used garden ties to hold pipes onto our radiator . The job was bigger than him and we will need to rectify lots of his work , he did the easy way round which was not the right one . The toilet is not straight, as he never measured where to put it . I’m sorry to be so critical but this was not a professional at work , if my hubby hadn’t have intervened he was going to to make a hole in our garage door for the soil pipe to go through !!! You’re welcome to come and look it’s all true and more ."
