"Overall, a very good job — professional, tidy, and competent. There was one issue after completion: a pipe connection beneath the new bath taps wasn't fully sealed, and we had water coming through our downstairs ceiling before we spotted it. However, to his great credit, he returned within minutes, immediately identified the problem, and resolved it. He was genuinely apologetic, and acknowledged that access to the fitting had been particularly difficult. It was an unfortunate incident, but his prompt response and honest manner meant a lot. We would use his services again."
