    "We recently needed to repair and renovate our garage. Dave and the team were everything that you would hope for. They listened to what we needed and were polite, friendly, punctual and respectful of our property. Clearly very experienced craftsmen, they explained what they were doing and any additional cost implications as they went along and we are delighted with the outcome. The work they have carried out is excellent and at a very fair price. We definitely recommend Silverwood Construction. A job well done!"

    Ken - Image 1 "I've used Silverwood a number of times over the years, and have always received an amazing service. The work they have just completed was a total renovation of a buy to let flat which had been very poorly maintained by a previous tenant. It was dirty, mouldy, dark and in need of a huge amount of diligent work to bring it back to a good standard. Working to a tight budget, I left Silverwood to do whatever the felt was needed, either replacing items or cleaning up and repairing them. I've just returned from inspecting the flat and not only have they done the most amazing job, they also meticulously cleaned and tidied everything up. The carpets, which I was sure would need replacing, look close to new. Silverwood also arranged for electrical work to be done, so in addition to doing all of the work they also expertly project managed the whole exercise. I'm beyond grateful for all the amazing work they've done, and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing work doing."
