    "Huge thanks to Dave and the entire Silverwood Construction team! We were left panicking when we were supposed to have a new floor fitted and the poor fitting team almost ended up going through our mostly rotten sub-floor (which we had no idea was rotten and was caused by an underground leak). We phoned Dave and he came out quickly giving us a quote and knowledgeably telling us how we should proceed with the repairs and that we needed to improve our house ventilation. I was 8 months pregnant and we were terrified the repairs wouldn’t be done in time. His team not only completed the repairs quickly and incredibly well but also were really considerate of making sure that I still had access between rooms (providing steps etc). They were also really friendly and left the house clean and tidy. Cannot thank Silverwood Construction enough. We have the floor fitters back tomorrow so everything should be completed before the baby comes. Thank you!"

    Alice Brown - Image 1 "We’re so pleased with the work carried out by Dave and his team -and would highly recommend Silverwood Construction! He carried out a range of structural and building work, including building outside walls, adding a new foundation, and installing a new ground waste disposal system. He also fitted a pitched roof, new doors and windows. His attention to detail and knowledge were excellent, and he kept us updated throughout the project! The quality is outstanding, and we wouldn’t hesitate to use him again!"

    "We recently needed to repair and renovate our garage. Dave and the team were everything that you would hope for. They listened to what we needed and were polite, friendly, punctual and respectful of our property. Clearly very experienced craftsmen, they explained what they were doing and any additional cost implications as they went along and we are delighted with the outcome. The work they have carried out is excellent and at a very fair price. We definitely recommend Silverwood Construction. A job well done!"
