"We were in significant difficulties, without heating and temperatures well below freezing. The engineers arrived at our house within a few hours and got the system running again. It turned out that there were several problems, all of which were fixed over 3 days. The company went out of its way to get us back up and running, even when that meant travelling some distance to get parts, late night working and disruption of their own holiday. Great customer service and commitment to getting the job done well."
