"I messaged S C Property Maintenance on a Saturday regarding broken guttering. Simon called me back immediately and arranged to come round on the Monday. He was punctual, friendly and gave a quote for the work which we agreed. The work was completed, guttering repaired, he then also repaired another area that wasn’t draining properly. Very pleased with the work and I will use Simon again and recommend him"

"Had Simon quote for removal of moss from roof by hand biocide treatment gutter cleaning and moss removal. Quote was good and accepted. Date set and job completed. Cleaned area and roof now moss free. Please with the work and would recommend."

The quality of finish is outstanding, workmanship and professionalism stellar, communication excellent and all reasonably priced. But more than that, Simon and his team care. The attention to detail was fantastic and they were extremely respectful of my home. I was so impressed I booked them again a month later to repair a flat roof!!
