"We couldn’t be happier with the patio extension completed by Mark and his team. From start to finish, they were professional, reliable, and highly skilled. The quality of the workmanship is outstanding, and they paid great attention to every detail. Mark kept us informed throughout the project, was always happy to answer questions, and made sure everything was completed to a very high standard. The team worked hard, kept the site tidy, and finished the job on time. Our new patio has completely transformed our outdoor space, and we’ve already had so many compliments on it. To gain access to my garden my neighbour allowed us to use her passageway, they ensured that it was cleaned & locked up every day & were very respectful of both properties. I would have no hesitation in recommending SBC Construction & would certainly use them again."

"Great company. Everything from the estimate to overall finish of the work was done with a high degree of professionalism. Contact proceeding the installation was excellent. If you wrote an email, a reply was received in minutes. Conner & Cameron ( sons of the owner) with a great back up team completed the Patio, and in my opinion, it looks great. Plus very competitive estimate which came in on cost. If I were giving marks out of ten, I would give twelve. To sum up, glad I picked SBC."

They worked very hard in very hot temperatures and talked through all the little issues with the site and found solutions for them such as drainage issues, removing bushes, levelling the area and shaping the patio to the geometry of the buildings. Well done to Mark and his team."
