"Macerator developed a fault. Message on company WhatsApp was responded to within an hour and passed onto the office who then contacted me to arrange an appointment. Vic arrived on time, - polite, friendly - disconnected plumbing, pulled out toilet to access faulty macerator, cleaned and serviced, replaced shrunken membrane, put everything back together and checked thoroughly. All done in 45 minutes, no fuss, no 'teeth sucking'. Reasonable price for the expertise and peace of mind provided. Will use again. Highly recommended."
