"The job was to remove the end off my old flue and patch up the roof. Neil was very attentive and went to great lengths during the initial survey to check the needs of the job both inside and out. Neil and Craig were punctual and completed the job with no issues, taking time to show me exactly what had been done."

"Rang this company (found in Tito Leaflet), a member of staff called at my property to assess the need, though I was not at home He then rang me and explained what was needed to be done - removing some tiles that were lifting, replacing flashing. He quoted £400 plus VAT and said he would get me booked in. I chased later a few days later to ask if they had a date yet; they agreed to get a team to me on the same day. The work took approximately 25 minutes and I think that is extortionate for such a quick job. The initial assessment of work appeared to be much greater than actually needed."
