    "Responded quickly, explained the process and possible implications in great detail. Came back with quote in reasonable time and, crucially, kept the mess and inconvenience to an absolute minimum. I mean our toilet was out of commission for couple of hours tops. Considering it was bathroom floor re-tile job, it was perfect. Thank you!"
