RS Plumbing & Heating Services UK Ltd is a family-run business which has been established for over 15 years with 30 years experience as our principal Richard Sawkins, was a British Gas installer previously. We are an Essex based company that covers all areas of Essex.
Please note we do not do 24 hour emergency call-outs.
RS are Gas Safe registered and can carry out all domestic plumbing and heating, from dripping taps to full heating systems.
Our staff at RS are all time-served plumbers and heating engineers and have extensive knowledge and experience in all aspects of the plumbing & heating trade.
We can offer the following services:
- Landlord Gas Safety certificates
- Full heating systems (boiler/radiators)
- Boiler installs
- Full bathroom suites
- Servicing of all gas appliances
- Underfloor heating
- Above ground drainage
- Blockages

"I'd highly recommend Richard from RS. He was very punctual and honest. I had a blocked pipe under my bath so the water was taking forever to flow away. I tried to fix this myself and got in a bit of a mess. Richard was able to find the blockage pretty quickly and replace some of the pipes to get everything flowing properly. Even though he couldn't complete the work on the first attempt, he returned as promised to finish off the job at a reasonable price."
