    "Andy turned up on Wednesday and identified the problem in ten minutes (I'd had plumbers in previously and they did not identify the problem this included insurance company plumbers)he returned Friday morning and rectified the fault within an hour, he has asked me to monitor the fault during the weekend but it looks all sorted 👍 thanks Andy"

    "2 lads are really good workers...they completed a fantastic job moving a radiator and all piping ,i would remanded them to anyone also i am having them back to do more work for me CHEERS LADS......"

    "I have over 30 years of experience in property management, RS Contractors NW Ltd is the worst contractor I have come across. They agreed to do a drain unblocking job at a very high price, said will give a 6 month guarantee, the next day the drain was blocked again, they said they will not come back to resolve. The did not do the job as specified, came across very unprofessional. I cannot recommend this trader."

    "Poor service, high cost, and unresolved issues We had a very disappointing experience with this company. The service was extremely expensive and what was delivered did not meet expectations. Communication was inconsistent, and despite repeated follow‑ups, an invoice has still not been provided. Due to the lack of response, a third party became involved in an attempt to resolve the matter. Unfortunately, even with their involvement, the situation remains unresolved, which is very concerning. Given the high cost, poor follow‑up, and lack of basic professionalism, I cannot recommend this company. Customers should proceed with caution."
