"Our heating boiler broke down over the last weekend…..I contacted Royale at 8.15 on Monday morning.. Their Engineer Andy was with us by 11 am… Fantastic response.. He quickly identified the problem, and within 30 minutes our boiler was back in operation…All covered within the call-out diagnostic charge..First class service…And thank-you to Andy for his professional attention…5 Stars."

"I was worried a faulty part on an older boiler might be too much trouble for the engineer to fix given the opportunity to replace it. However, the fault was quickly diagnosed, a stock of the obsolete part tracked down and fitted ‘out of hours’ to get the heating going again. Excellent service."
