"Had an issue with our alarm, one call to a human, no press 1,2,3 etc and an appointment was made, they turned up on time, sorted out the issue, no hassle. Great company"

"fabulous service from Mark we had a bell box tamper fault at 9.30pm which could have meant the alarm potentially going on and off all night. Mark came out in the disconnected the bell box at 10pm, Fantastic after sales service."

"we wanted an alarm and my sister in law has used Rotec for the last 10 years, mark the owner of Rotec explained everything and was easy to understand, he came to fit the alarm with Dylan who was exceptional in his work and helped us to register the alarm on our phones. Such a polite lad I think he will go a long way with his wonderful attitude. All in all we could not be happier and we recommend Rotec as an outstanding company. Thank you"
