"Excellent service from Quote to Installation. Both Mark and his team are punctual, professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to have around our home. Having chosen to move, after many years of loyalty, from one of the larger Home Alarm service providers, due to ever increasing prices and ever decreasing quality of service, Mark and his team are a breath of fresh air. Having decided to upgrade our alarm system, Mark talked us through all of the available options and provided us with a detailed and very cost competitive quote for a system which meets our needs. Where appropriate Mark recommended utilising components of our current alarm system which helped to keep the cost down, but still with the comfort of knowing that the whole system is now managed and maintained by Mark and his team."

"Rotec fitted and have maintained my home alarm and camera systems for a number of years. They have always been very professional and friendly on all occasions that they've needed to come out, or when we've just asked them for advice. They also provide all services at very competitive prices. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to my friends and family (as I already have done on a few occasions)."
