    "Mark installed our first Rotec Alarm system more than 30 years ago and again in our new home when we relocated. Since then, his business has grown successfully which is testament to the quality of his products and honesty and integrity of the service he and his team provide. We continue to have our alarm serviced without encountering any problems, apart from recently when a battery replacement was required, which was promptly and efficiently replaced by Brandon, a member of the team.     "We cannot recommend Mark and his team highly enough. They are professional, reliable, friendly and always turn up exactly when they say they will. Their prices are very reasonable, and the quality of their work is excellent. We first used them to install an alarm system in our previous home and were so impressed with their service that we didn’t hesitate to use them again when we moved into our new home. The experience was just as positive the second time around. Mark and his team are trustworthy, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. We’ve recommended them to several friends and family members over the years, and every one of them has been equally impressed with the service they received.
