"we wanted an alarm and my sister in law has used Rotec for the last 10 years, mark the owner of Rotec explained everything and was easy to understand, he came to fit the alarm with Dylan who was exceptional in his work and helped us to register the alarm on our phones. Such a polite lad I think he will go a long way with his wonderful attitude. All in all we could not be happier and we recommend Rotec as an outstanding company. Thank you"

"Mark & co were very friendly and knowledgeable about the system they installed. I didn't want to go all the way down the route of a pre-built system that almost enforced me down the route of a full-blown subscription and monitoring, and they helped me devise a system that was much more tailored to my needs, and they installed it with minimal fuss and kept everything neat and tidy."
