    "Rosser Glass and Glazing responded to my request for a quote within 24 hours, provided a reasonable quote for replacing a shattered pane in a sash window, and an appointment for the work to be carried out the next day. The team arrived on time, and were abiding by Covid-19 requirements. They explained what they were going to do, how they would do it, and what they required in terms of access to the property. In very little time, the work was completed to an excellent standard, with the team doing exactly as they had said. They were keen to explain the materials and processes they had used, their rationale for that, and what we needed to do to look after the work over the coming weeks.
