    "James, John and Richard did an awesome job for me. We had a very flexible model because the way that the job would pan out was very hard to predict. James also helped me with another issue after we'd finished in a way that he really had no obligation to. Whilst he might seem a little gruff, he is a diamond on the inside and really knows what he is doing."
