    "As it was a small chimney repair job they arranged to come on the same day I made contact. They quickly assessed the job, suggested a reasonable price and were able to do it there and then. Very happy with the result and the speed at which it was accomplished."

    "I am disappointed with Rose Roofing on this latest visit, my previous memory of them was good. Our job was small, just fixing a few loose slates on a valley that had been poorly fixed by a previous roofer. After the initial evaluation of the work needed we got the message, "on a big job but we will be with you next week." A week or so later a message from them asking where our house was, then another week with the same request and two weeks later a phone call saying that illness was preventing them coming, follwed by one more week asking again for the house address. The two workers who arrived a few days later after yet another phone call were friendly, well prepared and as far as we can tell have done a good job. They were here for 45 minutes and left the roof looking and clean and tidy. One hour later a phone call for payment - £350 - was a shock for so little time and materials spent on the job. Not sure I would call them first again. In future ask for a quote in advance."

    "After completion it became apparent Rose Roofing had billed me for materials they agreed to renew but actually hadn't used. They said as everything was done via verbal agreement and the invoice only states labour and materials there was nothing i could do. Also not long afterwards things are falling apart. Silcone patching up holes? I now have a large hole allowing wind and rain straight into my loft. Also work first agreed on the phone like my vents were never carried out unless i pay more, his words. I received calls on a Friday night demanding the rest of the payment hours after his son left the job. Saying he needed to pay his lads. He was paid on the next working day. Monday. I have actually been on whatsapp for Justin and trying to contact him via phone and he's refusing to answer or pick up my call. I definately do not recommend Justin or his company Rose Roofing."

    "I called Rose Roofing late on Friday about the leak in my conservatory lead flashing. Justin came around by 10am on Monday and quickly spotted the source of the leaks in the flashing. He resealed the entire flashing and added an extra seal between the conservatory roof and flashing. He also found a hole (from slate a roof tile) in the conservatory roof which he sealed up for me. All in all very happy with the work and a reasonable bill for the work."
