Des Laffey - Image 1 "Paul is very straightforward and easy to deal with you. His quotes are detailed and he then planned the timeslot with me for the work carefully and phoned the week before to check. He sorted out a chimney which is 3 storeys high with repointing and flaunching the chimney pots, and replaced the lead on both sides of the front roof. He came on time each day, worked hard and was very polite. The work was done to schedule and he advised of other issues, as this was 3 storeys up, with cost implications, and advised us to get other quotes. We used him for extra work and the prices were fair. His work is of a high standard and I will certainly use him again. It seems only one photo is uploaded here - one photo does not do the work justice. Highly recommended."

"I can’t recommend Paul highly enough. On acquiring a 500 year old cottage, the old felt roof to the rear extension needed complete replacement, the main peg tile roof needed a light general overhaul and one of the ridge edge tiles needed cutting and re-bedding. Paul arrived early to look at the work. He was polite, listening carefully and answered all my questions, and then calmly and in great detail went through the various options regarding the work needed. When prompted, he always gave his own opinion, based upon experience, on what he believed to be the best option moving forward for the work needed. On the agreed day, he again arrived early, completed the work on time, removed all the debris and cleaned up afterwards. He subsequently returned to replace some tiles and brickwork to one of the rear extension gullies, and then last mont renewed some old guttering and facia panels. A truly excellent, first class service!"

"Brilliant! Super reasonable price. Very very efficient, good traditional workers and a Paul was a very genuine guy to talk too. Very approachable and felt very at ease. Will be back if ever i need a leak repaired or a chimney reflaunched! Thanks Guys! A**"
