Consumer feedback

Generated from the text of this trader's consumer reviews

Rochester Refurbishments Ltd—often with Mike (and Mick/Mike’s team) doing the work—has built a reputation for consistently high-quality plastering and refurbishment across whole-room transformations. Customers describe smooth, “as glass” finishes when replastering ceilings and walls, plus confident help with bigger refurbishments like kitchen and bedroom updates, stud partitions with French doors, and conversions that made “a tired old bungalow” feel brand new.

What Customers Say

Detail-led plastering finish: Re-skim and replastering work on ceilings and walls is repeatedly praised for crisp corners and a “lovely smooth” result, with quotes like “as smooth as glass” and “unbelievably smooth.”
Clean, tidy and considerate on site: Many reviewers highlight minimal mess and thorough daily clean-up, including leaving rooms “clean and tidy” and even tidying as they go.
Reliable, punctual communication: Mike and the team are often noted for being on time, keeping customers updated, and giving clear advice and timeframes—especially during leak repairs where work can be urgent.
All-round trusted trade support: Customers value Mike arranging other professionals (plumbers/electricians) and handling coordinated projects, from kitchen refurbishments to downlights, coving, skirting, tiling, and painting.
Customer trust and repeat business: Several reviews mention this being the second (or more) time they’ve hired the team, with customers calling them “friendly, reliable, trustworthy” and saying they’d “definitely use…again.”
