    Spencer - Image 1 "Due to a water leak in my bathroom, this led to a large part of the ceiling being removed plus further holes being in other ceilings in order to replace 5 metres of piping. Therefore, I needed to have the ceiling and the holes filled and plastered as well as painted so it blended in with the rest of the ceiling. I found Mike of Rochester Refurbishments Ltd online with an excellent rating. He came that same day to assess what was needed, provided analysis on how he would do the job, gave time frames of how long it would take to do and gave a competetive quote. As I was keen for the work to be carried out quickly, he was able to make this happen and the work was completed within a couple of weeks. Mike kept in regular contact with what work he had done and left my property clean when he finished each day. The photo provided is just of the ceiling he repaired in the bathroom area."

    "Longe-dining room - extension refurbished Removed arch. Installing down lights , stud partition with French doors to the lounge built media wall to our spec with lighting, fully re plastered walls and ceilings. Installed coving where required. Superb job really knows his craft can’t believe the transformation of the 3 area. Due to return to fit all the new flooring"

    "Absolutely fantastic work carried out on my bedroom and hallway. The walls were stripped back and fully replastered to a very high standard, and the quality of the finish is excellent. The work was completed efficiently and professionally, with great attention to detail throughout. As a lone female, I also felt completely comfortable having them in my home — polite, respectful and trustworthy at all times, which really matters. They kept everything as clean and tidy as possible during the job and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. I am really pleased with the end result and would highly recommend to anyone looking for reliable, skilled and professional plastering work."
