"I contacted robinsons earlier this year because the dining room had rising damp on several walls. Dennis came at the agreed time and recommended a suitable course of action and explained the process required in detail. He was very knowledgeable, and the quote was reasonable, so I gave him the job. The work was completed across several days, as the process required it, and to a high standard, and the walls are now free from damp and look great after he replastered them. Also, Dennis a friendly, polite guy, and communicated in a timely manner, which made the experience of using this company much easier. I also received a guarantee for the damp proofing for added peace of mind. So, thank you,"

"I asked Dennis from Robinsons to carry out a damp report as it was required by my lender. He came back with an extremely detailed and thorough report. You can tell a great deal of effort and passion went into producing it. I later called him to better understand what work would be needed to address the issues identified, and his experience and clarity stood out immediately. Dennis clearly knows what he's doing and genuinely cares about providing value."
