"First time using Robert and so pleased we have found a reliable plumber. From the start Robert was polite & courteous and his communication was excellent. He visited us to assess work required and he gave us a quote very quickly. We were happy with his quote and he started the work days later being with us for 4 days in total which he advised right from the start. He was on time very tidy and respectful of our home and we were very pleased with the end result. Definitely our new plumber moving forward."

"Robert was great right from first contact. He responded to communication in a timely way and was good to his word. He fitted a boiler for my elderly mother and she reported to me that Robert was polite, "a lovely you man". Robert gave me confidence that he would care about doing a good job for my Mam. The work was completed satisfactorily, explained well and the house left neat and tidy. Thank you Robert."
