    "I cannot recommend Royce enough. Boiler was making noises, contacted Royce and explained situation, Boiler was also due its service so we agree ahead he would take a look, check safe and perform the service. If straight forward would tackle the noise issue, if not would quote for what works needed doing. Royce was able to quickly fault find and correct the issue so the noise stopped. No elaboration, just honest quick work. The service was done, one radiator wasn’t as hot as it could be, he also bled this. Felt like we got a Service Plus from Royce and will now use him each year for our Service."
