John - Image 1 "Due to ground movement existing slabs had moved and were no longer level. Initially the plan was to re-level the slabs but RiverVale explained that we needed a border edging to prevent the problem reoccurring, not something other quotes included. Then we also wanted to widen the path to the front door, which required new slabs. This was a problem as the existing slabs were 25 years old and despite sterling efforts by RiverVale to locate similar replacements in the end we got a lighter coloured slabs which were painted to a similar colour as the original slabs. The team who did the work arrived on time, were professional and friendly and the work has been done to a high quality. The owner, John Black, was very conscientious and worked hard to ensure he understood what was wanted and that the team knew what had to be done and kept us informed during the slight delay while he tried to resource the new slabs. Very pleased with end result."
