    "Before: Johnny was communicative and attended on time to view the work and provide us with a competitive quote. He was happy to itemise this, to provide flexibility regarding which jobs to proceed with. During: Johnny attended on time and was friendly and professional. He identified a few extra minor issues and sorted these out for us with no fuss. He uses reliable contractors for work he cannot complete himself and communicated really well with us throughout. After: Johnny was keen for us to see the work he had completed to make sure we were completely satisfied before payment. We would definitely use him again and would recommend him to others too."
