Our engineers carry and frequently use alcohol-based hand rub. They regularly sanitise their mobile devices, keys and all other frequently-used items. They wear protective gear (gloves, masks and additional equipment, if necessary). They use overshoes inside all properties and wash/disinfect working shoes and clothes daily. They disinfect all tools and equipment that they've used for the job.

    "After a very warm introduction, the apparently easy job, i.e. fixing a blackout blind, turned into a nightmare. The supposedly skilled handyman damaged completely the architrave of the window, punching it multiple times with a drill, without the minimum sense of accuracy and precision. The ugly result is there to see. I have also been charged for 2 hours when it took only 1 our to this guy to make this mess. I do not recommend."

    Trader reply: "Thank you for your feedback as its very important to us. We value your comments as customer service is at the forefront for us. I can bring some clarity to this for you. We were commissioned to reinstall blinds that had previously fallen down. In doing so, it's inevitable that there would be holes present from the previous installation once we reposition the blinds which was advised during the visit. Whilst we were only commissioned to reposition the blinds, we can see our engineer actually filled those holes as a goodwill gesture. This was left proud, ready for sanding then painting once dry. Naturally if we were also commissioned to do the painting and decorating once the installation was completed then this would've made for a more slightly finish, however we weren't. In relation to the time spent on site, I can see our engineer worked into the 2nd hour. As mentioned and agreed at the time of booking, we charged at an hourly rate, therefore you were billed for 2 hours plus 0.20p worth of materials which based on the invoice #30676 is indeed correct. I hope that brings some clarity to your query and thank you once again for your feedback. Repifix Care Team"
