As well as plumbing, we are also heating and electrical experts – our engineers are Gas Safe registered and NICEIC accredited.

And we provide testing and inspections for landlord gas safety and electrical safety certificates. We can also carry out inspections for Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs).

They wear protective gear (gloves, masks and additional equipment, if necessary). They use overshoes inside all properties and wash/disinfect working shoes and clothes daily. They disinfect all tools and equipment that they've used for the job.

    "Initial contact was polite and friendly. And the Plumber was on time. However, the Plumber forgot to turn the water back on when he left. We rang the company to request a swift return and fix - there was someone living in the house who has a disability who needs running water access. Unfortunately they were not at all understanding of this. They also told us over the phone they would charge us for one hour and parts. However billed for two. When asked to explain the discrepancy they failed to respond to the question, either by email or return call. While the quality of the work cannot - once complete - be faulted. Their customer service ranges from underwhelming to stressful."

    "I had a leaky shower so booked in someone from Repifix/Kybrook. The guy came over and said i needed a new shower hose. When he left i noticed he'd broken the shower screen off it's hinge. I highlighted this immediately with Kybrook. They sent through an invoice for him to come back with a new shower hose quoting that it'd be 2 hours work to replace it. It's a 15 minute job. They agreed to reduce it to 1 hours work plus parts. A week later the guy returned with a new shower hose and replaced it. The leak persisted and he told me that it wasn't the shower hose after all and that i'd need to get someone to come and take a wall out to look behind it and he left. So i'm £265.71 down and a broken shower screen to show from it. I've since had a separate plumber come round and fix the problem for half the price without taking wall out for half the price. I've been on at Kybrook for a refund for weeks now and they keep telling me they'll get back to me."
