As well as plumbing, we are also heating and electrical experts – our engineers are Gas Safe registered and NICEIC accredited.

And we provide testing and inspections for landlord gas safety and electrical safety certificates. We can also carry out inspections for Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs).

    "Poor business practice, high costs and inconsistent invoices. Charging customers to provide a quote is poor business practice- I'm a new homeowner and new to London therefore naively thought it was more common practice here. I was charged £13.45 for parking. The engineer was in my flat for 5 minutes, I have a parking space the should have used. but was also charged for VAT on top of the 13.45. After calling the company to complain I was told I was being refunded £9.75 not sure where they pulled that number from. After challenging them on this I was told they wold get back to me, of course they haven't I have to call them, and I still haven't received the parking fee back-nor the VAT that was added to the parking ticket. I wouldn't pay a delivery driver for the petrol they use, it is an operational cost, parking should be the same for this company. Especially as their prices are high one would be right to assume it would cover operational costs such as the parking."

    "this is the worst experience of service I have had in very long time. not returning phone calls - 3 different plumbers were sent out and each one went away saying they would do the work the next day and they didn't. the office was uninformed and non communicative. we now have had no kitchen for over a week and only a water supply in the bathroom. they simply do not care about customer service and present a new excuse every time."
