Faith - Image 1 "I came across Alex and his team from a recommendation from a friend who he did two renos for. He did a two story extension and demo of a consvertory and, everything that comes with it. It is truely a family business. I can not stress enough how amazing him and his team/ contractors were. They were fairly priced and true to the estimate (we added a few things on the way) his workers were the most respectful, tidy trusting team I have ever met. His eye for detail is superb. There was not a job to small or big for them. His workmanship is impecable and Alex is very hands on and will listen and make good on anything you need. Me and my husband will recomend Refined developments to whoever we meet. You can not go wrong with this company. It's hard to find good genuine builders and hit the jackpot with them. 100% recomend."

"Our offices, toilets and tearoom were extremely out dated at our commercial vehicle workshop Alex and his team have not only made it look far more professional but it’s now easy to keep clean and a far nicer place to work. Great guys fantastic work."

"Alex and team are a credit to the profession. We used Refined initially for a rear extension on our old house in 2022, and we were so impressed we have gone with them again this year for a full renovation which once again, they are doing an incredible job with. They are not only highly skilled, but they are helpful, friendly, polite, and very much the cleanest builders we have ever worked with - also very empathetic during a very stressful time, which is a huge bonus! Alex has a number of amazing relationships with other local trades for specialised work (plastering, electrics etc) so Refined really do come as the full package - a great relief for those who don't want to/can't project manage their own build. Alex is a real problem-solver and no issue is too big or too small - and he will also happily take on extra work throughout the project if he can, so you always know there is flexibility to adapt to new ideas whilst they're on site."
