    "There was a small fiddly job involving a light fitting in a tight oven hood space that was proving beyond my ability. Ray responded to my job advertisement on Trustatrader immediately, advised on appropriate replacement part that same evening and came over next day to fix the problem. Every aspect was handled very well, problem solved, thank you!"

    "Ray was very helpful and informative. He got in touch promptly to clarify details of the job, explained what he would need to do, provided a quote and made the booking. Things didn't go to plan but Ray patiently tried to find solutions. I bought a wrong part and Ray realised other parts were needed so made 3 trips to get them. Very happy with Ray's work and would use his services again."
