    "Bob Sims replaced an old lavatory bowl and cistern which had developed a leak with a new one. He came exactly on time, and did the work efficiently, and we had some very pleasant discussions along the way. What more could one want."

    "Have a little toilet in a little room at the back of the house, effectively an outside toilet, handy when gardening or outside. Appeared to continue to fill up when flushed and floor wet even in a heatwave, Mr Sims contacted, viewed photos and advised we thought that ballcock section maybe at fault and other areas of toilet were also wet. Mr Sims arrived on time agreed next morning, advised our diagnosis was correct and that toilet did have another leak hence occasional wetting of floor over the years. This was due to the loo never having a flush cone fitted. Both issues repaired, no mess, no fuss, just need to wait for floor to dry out. All done within two hours. We would highly recommend Mr Sims for your plumbing needs. Take some photos, send them across to him and he'll take it from there with his knowledge and experience, happy plumbing problem solving all."

    Belinda - Image 1 "Bob responded quickly to my initial enquiry and came round to have a look. He identified low water pressure and with that advised that he could replace and fit a Triton T80 8.5kw. His quote was very reasonable. Bob came on time and was respectful of my property. He made sure that he checked shower was working and sorted at the right temperature for me. He tidied up afterwards and overall provided an excellent service. I will definitely use him again."
